The customers targeted are people who would like to eat pasta, so it is targeted to all the population in all the countries which sell Barillas products, which represent about 100 countries.
The society changes, now women work so they don't have times to make meals and that why barilla has expanded his market in the aim to make precooked meals.
The demand also change by the price because the consumer compare with Cher products, and the originality because it is more attracting. The demand doesn't change too much because there isn't a lot of a new thing to invent. The market is expanding because Barilla had bought lots of societies like Misko, Filiz...
