The world health Organuization (WHO) was founded in 1948 and whose seat is located in Geneva, in Switzerland. According to its constitution, WHO must "act as a direct authority and a coordinator of health on the level international". Its goal is to bring all the people to the "possible level of heal highest".

The agency provides engineering departments or of council. This number isn't going to decrease and in some countries they now want the government to react.
