The LEGO Company has since signed similar agreements with other licence providers, including Disney, Hit Entertainment and Warner Bros.
In 2000 the LEGO Company launched yet another partnership :Steven Spielberg - to develop LEGO Studios. This product places the child in the director's chair, encouraging it to film their own movies starring LEGO figures.
In 2001 the BIONICLE universe landed with the LEGO Company for the first time building up a complete story from scratch as a basis for a product series.
